Tested out the 4Ele Tonna today on the driveway. I didn’t raise it fully but tried it vertical, I had a problem with the SWR but that was due to me setting the antenna up wrong. After a reassembled it, all was well. SWR is almost 1:1 with about 70w. The gain is worth about 2-3 s points over the regular 5/8^th wave mobile whip.

Should be out during the April Easter Bank Holiday at Warlingham, will have it fixed to a sign post and prolly beam Horizontal to Europe and see what happens.
